Our client base is predominantly the public sector, in Scotland and further afield.
We help our clients by providing hands-on programme management expertise on complex programmes and projects, from I.T. implementation to turnaround and transformation programmes and everything in between. We are also able to support our clients with expert help in areas including assurance reviews, strategy development, service redesign, financial analysis and communications and engagement.
We differentiate ourselves by our experience and track record, our complete flexibility in responding to our clients' needs, our deep understanding of public sector governance and political context and in being happy to be held accountable to our clients for the outcomes we deliver.
We enhance the chances of our clients’ programmes and projects succeeding. We do this by drawing on our experience, credibility, energy, stakeholder management skills and appetite for sheer hard work.
The public sector is often called upon to plan, design and deliver complex, time-limited, budget constrained programmes which will often have the added complication of a political imperative driving outcomes.
In our experience, resource constraints mean the public sector will frequently not have the in-house capacity or, in some cases, the skills, necessary to deliver programmes to budget, deadline and in a manner that delivers desired outcomes.
In response to this pressure, organisations may default to muddling through with insufficient resources and to supplementing their teams with contractor resource. Often this leads to problems, with professional, accountable programme leadership still missing and accountability and quality control lacking.
We aim to address this issue by being accountable to our clients for end to end programme delivery and by being accountable for the quality of the personnel we employ and the outputs they deliver.
We are completely flexible in response to our clients' needs. We provide on-site, hand-on services whether this be for just a few hours a week to keep programmes under control or immersing ourselves in leadership and support roles for much longer periods of time.
Here are some examples of the broad range of programmes and related activities where we can being our knowledge and experience to enhance your chances of success.

We have extensive experience in helping clients in the Health Sector in the UK and overseas with addressing these challenges.

Programme Assurance: We have undertaken numerous formal Gateway Reviews and other diagnostic assurance reviews to help our clients assess current status of existing programmes and in taking remedial action to help programmes get back on track.
